Works with sales and engineering teams to identify product that fits the customer needs. Establishes customer requirements and purchasing specifications. Supports the customer to resolve technical issues in the development of product prior to market release and in support of product after sales.

Works with engineering and production teams in response to customer complaints to resolve quality issues. Acts as primary technical contact with the customer for issues with selecting and using purchased products and in resolving priority quality concerns.

Your Role:

- Provides technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products.




- Assists the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions.
- Works with RD teams to build prototypes based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility of an application, often requiring rapid prototyping and/or product demo for client.
- Ensures that the product application/solution is functioning according to specifications.
- Acts as primary contact to provide follow-up support to company sales staff and customer personnel by disseminating technical information on specific applications.
