We are looking for an experienced AJO Architect to own the architecture and delivery of Adobe Journey Optimizer solutions across campaign orchestration, personalization and real-time customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design omnichannel customer journey frameworks
- Architect event-driven and audience-triggered campaigns
- Configure journeys, decisioning, offers and personalization
- Integrate AJO with RTCDP, AEP, CRM and marketing platforms
- Define governance, consent and deliverability practices
- Lead technical solution design and implementation teams
- Optimize engagement, conversions and customer experience
- Conduct architecture reviews and provide production support guidance
