n · Understand the revenue document and legal document of the property.
n · Extensive experience in land acquisition in the real estate sector.
n · Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful deal closures.
n · Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
n · Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
n n · In-depth knowledge of the real estate market trends and dynamics in the Mumbai Metropolitan
