Role: Bench Sales Lead (Individual Contributor Role)

Location: Near DLF, Gachibowli, Hyderabad (Onsite)

We are looking for a high-performing Bench Sales Lead who can independently drive end-to-end bench marketing, vendor engagement, and candidate submissions.

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Market bench consultants across various technologies
✔️ Build & maintain strong relationships with Prime Vendors / Direct Clients
✔️ Independently generate requirements and ensure consistent submissions
✔️ Handle negotiations, follow-ups, and closures
✔️ Work with H1B, GC & USC candidates

What We’re Looking For:
8 –10+ years of strong Bench Sales experience
Proven individual contributor with excellent communication
Strong vendor connections and previous success with Direct Clients
Ability to handle the team and getting the good number of Closures.
