As we expand our distribution and retail network across India, we are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager to take ownership of the assigned territory and drive business growth.
The Role As a Territory Sales Manager , you will be responsible for the complete business performance of your territory .

Key Responsibilities • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Drive secondary sales and sell-out , not just primary billing.
• Develop and increase distributor productivity.
• Appoint new dealers and retailers and expand market coverage.
• Identify new towns, markets and business opportunities.
• Ensure DACS products are available across priority outlets.
• Track distributor/retailer stock and ensure healthy inventory rotation.
• Build robust relationships with distributors, dealers and retailers.
• Monitor competitor pricing, schemes, products and market activities.
• Ensure timely collections and control overdue outstanding.
• Drive product launches, schemes, visibility and retail execution.
• Manage and guide Sales Executives / Promoters, wherever applicable.
• Conduct regular market visits and provide actionable market feedback.

• Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Have strong distributor/dealer relationships.
• Understand consumer durable/channel sales.
• Be comfortable with extensive field travel.
• Have strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Be commercially sharp and data-driven.
• Have the ability to build new markets and distribution.
• Demonstrate strong ownership and execution.
• Be highly target-oriented and hungry to grow.
Preferred Industry Experience Consumer Electronics | Home Appliances | TV | AC | Washing Machines | Mobile | Telecom | FMCG | Consumer Durables
Experience with consumer electronics or home-appliance distribution will be an advantage.
