n IUI Solutions Private Limited is a fast-growing IT services and digital transformation company. We specialize in software development, cloud solutions, AI/ML, and enterprise digital services. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our in-house marketing team to help tell our story through compelling video content.
n
n Role Overview
n We are seeking a skilled Video Editor who can transform raw footage into high-quality, engaging videos for digital marketing, client presentations, product demos, training, and social media. The ideal candidate understands both technical IT concepts and creative storytelling, and can deliver both long-format and short-format content (including reels) at a fast pace.
n
n Key Responsibilities
n - Edit and produce high-quality videos including product explainer videos, corporate films, client testimonials, event highlights, and social media content.
n - Create motion graphics, animations, text overlays, and visual effects to enhance video storytelling.
n - Work closely with the marketing, sales, and technical teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.
n - Edit raw footage, add sound design, music, voiceovers, color grading, and transitions.
n - Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, website, etc.).




n - Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.
n - Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
n - Archive and organize project files and assets systematically.

n Requirements & Qualifications
n
n Experience : 2–5 years of professional video editing experience (portfolio required).
n Education : Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).
n
n Technical Skills :
n - Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve
n - Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
n - Experience with motion graphics and basic 2D animation.
n - Familiarity with audio editing tools (Audition or similar).
n - Ability to understand and visually present technical/IT-related content (software demos, tech explanations, etc.).
n - Solid sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
n - Excellent attention to detail and color sense.

n Preferred Skills
n - Experience working in an IT/Tech company
n - Basic knowledge of shooting (camera, lighting, framing) is a plus.
n - Understanding of SEO for YouTube and social media video best practices.
n - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
