Language Requirement: Fluency in a South Indian language is mandatory

About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive who will be responsible for generating and managing leads, engaging with prospective clients, and supporting the business development team through effective communication and timely follow-ups.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build professional relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to schools, colleges, educational institutes, and prospective clients.
Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Understand client requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
Follow up with prospective clients regarding meetings, proposals, and business requirements.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales/business development team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, discussions, leads, and follow-up activities.




Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries and requirements.
Prepare and maintain daily call reports, lead trackers, and MIS reports.
Achieve defined lead generation and follow-up targets.
Candidate Profile
3–4 years of experience in Lead Generation, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Client Coordination.
Experience in the Education industry will be preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Fluency in a South Indian language is mandatory.
Robust interpersonal, follow-up, and relationship management skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
Ability to work independently in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with a strong customer-focused approach.
