Head – Irrigation Projects | EPC We are looking for a senior Projects & Business Leader to lead the Irrigation EPC business of a leading infrastructure organisation.

Lead business growth, project origination and P&L; for large-scale irrigation and water infrastructure projects.
Drive end-to-end tendering & acquisition , including technical, commercial and bid strategy.
Oversee execution of Irrigation, Lift Irrigation, Micro-Irrigation, Pipeline & Civil projects across multiple states.
Own project timelines, cost, quality, contracts, billing, collections and risk management .
Build, lead and develop high-performing BD, Engineering, Projects, Contracts and Commercial teams .





20+ years of experience in EPC / Infrastructure / Irrigation / Water projects .
~ Solid track record in large-ticket irrigation EPC project acquisition and execution .
~ Proven experience working with government departments/irrigation authorities .
~ Strong understanding of tendering, contracts, commercial management and project P&L; .
~ Willingness to work across project locations, with key markets including Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana .
