The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.




Manage project budgets and ensure cost control.
Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors.
Ensure quality standards and compliance with organizational processes.
Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and maintain project documentation.
Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned initiatives.

Must-have Skills
Proven experience in project management (6+ years preferred).
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello).
Robust risk management and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Good-to-have Skills
PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master certification.
Experience in IT / IAM / Identity & Access Management projects.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments.
