Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to improve team productivity and product quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and enhance overall team capabilities.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Drive continuous integration and deployment processes to ensure smooth and reliable software releases.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and Java Script frameworks.
Strong knowledge of back-end development including RESTful services and database integration.
Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and productive code following industry standards.
Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
This position is based at our Mumbai office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
