Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand their structure and functionality. Collaboration with different teams and adapting to evolving project requirements are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that software solutions remain effective and aligned with client expectations.

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
Strong knowledge of system integration techniques and best practices within Salesforce settings.
Experience in designing scalable and secure technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
This position is based at our DDC2A - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
