Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks or bottlenecks.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Now IT Service Management.
Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes within IT service frameworks.
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex application issues.
Familiarity with IT infrastructure and integration points related to Service Now platforms.
Ability to work with monitoring tools and interpret system logs to identify root causes.
Effective communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Service Now IT Service Management.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
