Build and maintain relationships with corporates, startups, recruiters & hiring partners. N
Generate internship andfull-time placement opportunities for students. N
Manage the complete placement cycle — job sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, offers & joining. N
Organize placement drives, virtual hiring events & corporate interactions. N
Guide students on resumes, interviews, communication & career readiness. N
Work closely with trainers and internal teams to improve student employability. N
Maintain placement data, recruiter database and prepare MIS/reports. N
Achieve monthly & quarterly placement targets and drive repeat hiring partnerships. NREQUIREMENTSn




2–5 years of experience in Placement, Corporate Relations, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or Business Development. N
Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Business, Marketing or a related field. N
Solid corporate networking and relationship management skills. N
Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination abilities. N
Target-oriented with solid follow-up and conversion skills. N
Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace & CRM tools. N
EdTech/Education industry experience will be an added advantage.
