Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for all project-related communications. This role requires coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the applications.

The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous oversight to maintain project momentum and deliver high-quality solutions that align with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application components.
Mentor junior team members and provide guidance to support their skilled growth.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and project updates.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials Accounting Hub, Oracle Financials.
Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle Cloud Financials modules to meet business requirements.
Robust understanding of financial processes and accounting principles within cloud environments.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Oracle Cloud Financials with other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials Accounting Hub.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
