Location: Bommanahalli, Bangalore
Job Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for US healthcare clients.
Assist members with insurance advantages, claims, eligibility, and billing-related queries.
Provide accurate information while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Document customer interactions in the system.
Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Eligibility: Graduate/Undergraduate (as per process eligibility).
Excellent English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Willingness to work in US rotational night shifts.
Customer service experience in BPO is preferred; freshers with robust communication skills may also apply.
