Job Responsibilities
Assist the leadership in strategic planning and monitoring of the group businesses.
Take part in long term strategy formulation for various business units of the organization by working closely with the business leaders.
Drive the planning and budgeting process.
Conduct regular reviews and evaluate the business performance.
Key decision maker on capital expenditure proposals.
Prioritize key areas of focus and actively follow up on strategic and operational issues.
Program Management of all the initiatives of the Leadership agenda.
Ensure communication cascading and execution of all the projects.
Education Requirement
Graduation in Engineering + MBA (Premier institutes)
Experience Requirement
8 - 10 Years
