Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
Strong knowledge of data validation techniques and quality assurance processes within data warehousing environments.
Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for ETL processes.
Familiarity with various data integration tools and platforms used in ETL workflows.
Ability to analyze complex data sets to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data extraction, transformation, and loading.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full-time education is required.
