Job DescriptionSADHNAM is a knowledge, research and wellbeing ecosystem founded by philosopher and researcher Devrishi and operated under the aegis of the nonprofit organization Sanatan Wisdom. It brings together Yoga, Meditation, Mantra, Ayurveda, Psychology, Nutrition and Indian wisdom with contemporary research to make authentic wellbeing practices practical and accessible. Role Description We are looking for a Certified Yoga & Meditation Instructor for a hybrid role based in Bhopal. The instructor will:
Conduct live online and in-person Yoga and Meditation sessions
Create guided Yoga and Meditation videos
Design protected and structured practices for different experience levels
Participate in SADHNAM retreats, workshops and wellbeing programmes
Collaborate with the wellbeing and research team on practice-based programmes and content Qualifications
Recognised certification in Yoga and/or Meditation
Robust practical knowledge of Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama
Experience with Ashtanga, Vinyasa or related practices preferred
Valuable teaching and communication skills
Comfortable teaching on camera and conducting online classes
Knowledge of yogic philosophy, mindfulness, Ayurveda or mantra practices is an advantage
Willingness to participate in retreats and programmes when required
