Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software features are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that solutions remain aligned with evolving project goals and client expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and team productivity.
Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and skill development.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
Solid knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and Java Script frameworks.
Experience with back-end development including RESTful services and database integration.
Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration tools.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards.
Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
This position is based at our Mumbai office.
