Collaboration and continuous improvement are key aspects, ensuring that the solutions delivered are robust and aligned with organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development.
Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
Experience in developing and enhancing custom software components within enterprise environments.
Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and best practices.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize code for performance and scalability.
Experience with integration of SAP modules and understanding of business processes.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development.
This position is based at our Mumbai office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
