Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain system reliability.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Now IT Service Management (ITSM).
Strong understanding of IT service management processes and workflows.
Experience in customizing and configuring Service Now modules to meet business needs.
Ability to develop and maintain integrations between Service Now and other enterprise systems.
Familiarity with scripting languages and automation within the Service Now platform.
Knowledge of incident, problem, change, and asset management within ITSM frameworks.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Service Now IT Service Management (ITSM).
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
