Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – HR to manage and drive HR operations for a pharmaceutical organization. The role will be responsible for HR strategy, employee engagement, talent management, performance management, and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall HR operations and manage a team of 3 HR professionals.
Handle recruitment and talent acquisition for corporate and business functions.
Manage employee engagement, retention, and grievance handling.
Drive performance management, appraisal, and promotion processes.
Develop and implement HR policies and processes in line with business requirements.
Manage manpower planning, workforce budgeting, and organizational development.




Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Support learning & development, training, and capability-building initiatives.
Work closely with senior management on HR strategy and people-related matters.
Prepare and monitor HR MIS, dashboards, and key HR metrics.

Candidate Profile

MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
12–18 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Robust experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
Positive understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
Solid leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to independently manage HR activities and lead a small HR team.
