Role :
Works closely with the business for hiring plans ensuring accuracy in the gathering of numbers.
Hiring for Business consulting team (GCC - financial services hiring)
Conducting and liaising interviews for the assessment of the sourced candidates to check fitment with the needs and requirements of the business.
Engaging stakeholder/business during the entire hiring journey .
Ensuring compliance collection of past employment documents for the preparation of positioning note and checking the fitment.
Salary Negotiations & offer roll outs .
Ensuring relevant monthly reports are presented to the Practice/ Business leadership group
What we need
PG + 3 years of experience in managing end to end recruitment (Non IT) - Predominantly who has experience in hiring for (Financial services GCC clients )
Robust Stakeholder management skills .
Go getter & should be able to work in a rapid paced workplace .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
