We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Experience Advisors to join our Operations team handling an International Voice Process .
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally and empathetically. Both Freshers and candidates with relevant BPO/Operations experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and concerns over calls as per defined processes.
Deliver a consistent, professional, and high-quality customer experience.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Follow defined SOPs, processes, and quality standards .
Accurately capture and maintain customer information and interaction details.
Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets .
Adhere to assigned schedules, attendance, and process requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Undergraduate or Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.




Candidates with 6+ months of relevant experience in BPO/Operations/Customer Service are preferred for experienced positions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
Ability to listen actively, understand customer concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
Positive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to accurately capture customer details and maintain documentation.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment .
Candidates should have no pending academic backlogs .

Who Can Apply?
Freshers: Candidates with good communication skills and a strong customer-service orientation.
Experienced: Candidates with 6+ months of relevant BPO, customer service, voice process, or operations experience .

Shift Requirement

Willingness to work in night shifts, including graveyard shifts, and rotational shifts is mandatory.
Flexibility to work as per business and process requirements.
