**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Assess Swimmer Performance:** Regularly evaluate swimmers' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.

- **Develop Training Programs:** Create tailored training programs that focus on improving individual swimmers' strengths and addressing their weaknesses.

- **Maintain Safety Standards:** Ensure a safe swimming setting by monitoring swimmers, enforcing safety rules, and responding promptly to any emergencies.

- **Organize Swim Competitions:** Plan and manage swim meets or competitions to encourage swimmers to showcase their skills and build teamwork.
