**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Data Entry:** Accurately inputting information into computer systems. This includes typing documents and maintaining databases, ensuring all data is correct and up to date.

- **Basic Troubleshooting:** Assisting in resolving minor technical issues with the computer or software. You will identify problems and either solve them or escalate them to IT support.

- **Print and Scan Documents:** Using printers and scanners to produce physical copies of documents or convert physical documents to digital formats. This requires familiarity with basic office equipment.





- **Maintain Computer Security:** Following guidelines to ensure all data remains secure. You will be expected to log off when not in use and keep passwords confidential.
