Position: Technical Head /) - Solar Module Manufacturing

Location: Gurgaon / NCR

Experience: 15-20 Years

Reporting To: Director / CEO

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Technology, Engineering, R&D; and Technical Operations for solar module manufacturing.

Drive technology benchmarking, product efficiency and future technology development.

Evaluate and implement new Solar PV technologies to improve efficiency, quality and cost competitiveness.

Benchmark module efficiency, wattage/power output and overall product performance against industry standards.

Develop and optimize TOPCon solar module technology, particularly G12R modules.

Ensure products meet reliability, performance and market requirements.

Work closely with the Promoter/CEO using a data-driven and analytical approach.





Qualification & Experience:

/ in Electrical, Electronics or related Engineering discipline.

15-20 years of experience in Solar PV / Solar Cell / Solar Module Manufacturing.

Robust hands-on experience with TOPCon technology is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of Solar PV manufacturing, technology trends and industry benchmarks.
