We are looking for a passionate German Trainer to join our team in Tiruchirappalli. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for teaching the German language to students of various proficiency levels.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Conduct Language Classes**: Create and deliver engaging lessons that cover speaking, writing, reading, and listening skills in German.
- **Prepare Course Materials**: Develop and organize study materials, exercises, and resources that enhance learning and retention.
- **Assess Student Progress**: Regularly evaluate students' skills and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their language proficiency.
- **Encourage Participation**: Facilitate interactive sessions where students can practice speaking and engage in discussions to boost their confidence.
- **Support Individual Learning Needs**: Identify each student's strengths and weaknesses in German and adapt your teaching strategies accordingly.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
Candidates should have a basic understanding of the German language, as well as a passion for teaching. Effective communication skills are essential to explain concepts clearly. Being patient and supportive is important to help students feel comfortable as they learn. While formal experience is not mandatory, any background in teaching or language training will be a plus.
