We are looking for a skilled and passionate Asian Cuisine Chef to join our growing food & beverage team. The ideal candidate should have experience preparing authentic or modern Asian dishes, with expertise in one or more of the following cuisines:

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook Asian cuisine dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
* Handle food preparation, cooking, plating and presentation.
* Maintain consistency in taste, portion size and quality.
* Maintain proper hygiene, food safety and kitchen cleanliness.
* Manage kitchen ingredients, stock and minimize food wastage.
* Develop and introduce current Asian dishes and recipes.
* Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth daily operations.
* Follow standard operating procedures and maintain food quality.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in Japanese, Chinese, Taiwanese, Korean or Thai cuisine.
* Good knowledge of Asian ingredients, sauces, spices and cooking techniques.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Good food presentation and plating skills.
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
* Team player with good communication skills.
Experience:
1-5 years of relevant experience preferred. Candidates with strong practical skills and relevant cuisine experience are encouraged to apply.
