We are looking for a Picker & Packer to join our team in Khanpur, Delhi. As a Picker, you will be responsible for gathering and preparing products for shipment. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with no prior experience up to five years.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Picking Products**: Accurately select items from storage areas according to order specifications, ensuring that the right products are chosen and ready for distribution.
2. **Packaging**: Carefully pack selected items to prevent damage during transit, making sure that packages are securely sealed and labeled correctly.
3. **Inventory Management**: Assist in maintaining inventory levels by reporting shortages and verifying incoming items, keeping the stock organized and up-to-date.
4. **Quality Control**: Check products for any damages or defects before packing them, ensuring that only high-quality items are sent out.
5. **Safety Compliance**: Follow safety guidelines and protocols while handling goods, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates must have completed at least the 10th grade. A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately are essential.
