Key Responsibilities

Process monthly payroll for employees accurately and within deadlines.

Maintain payroll records including attendance, leave, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, and labor laws.

Prepare salary statements, payslips, and payroll reports.

Coordinate with HR for employee onboarding, exits, and salary revisions.

Handle full & final settlements for resigned employees.

Reconcile payroll data with bank transfers and accounting records.

Respond to employee payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain confidentiality of employee salary information.

Assist during audits and statutory inspections.

Required Skills

Robust knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.

Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software.





Good analytical and numerical skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage deadlines effectively.
