We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic female Telecaller to join our team in Dehra Gopipur, Kangra. This role is perfect for individuals with little to no prior experience, as 10 Days training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Make Outbound Calls:** Reach out to potential clients to promote our products and services, providing them with information and addressing any questions they may have.

2. **Maintain Client Records:** Keep accurate records of calls made, including customer details and feedback, to help improve service quality and follow-ups.

3. **Meet Sales Targets:** Aim to achieve daily and weekly sales targets by effectively communicating the benefits of our offerings and convincing potential customers.

4. **Provide Excellent Customer Service:** Be polite and professional in all interactions, ensuring a positive experience for clients, which may lead to repeat business.

5. **Follow-up Calls:** Contact existing customers to check their satisfaction levels and offer further assistance or promotions as applicable.





Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum of a 10th grade education, with solid verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Good listening skills are essential for understanding customer needs.
