Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team. Responsibilities:

1. Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and facilitating training sessions.

3. Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and generating reports.

4. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events, surveys, and recognition programs.

5. Assist with performance management processes, including gathering feedback, tracking performance metrics,



and supporting performance appraisal cycles.

6. Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives related to talent development, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

7. Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and employment laws to ensure compliance and contribute innovative ideas to improve HR processes.
