We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Sector 74. The ideal candidate should have a background in CNC machining and be detail-oriented. This position requires a high level of precision and technical skill.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Set Up CNC Machines**: Prepare and configure CNC machines for production by loading tools and verifying setup against specifications.
- **Read and Interpret Blueprints**: Understand and follow technical blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate manufacturing of parts.
- **Monitor Machine Operations**: Observe machine operation during production runs to ensure machines are working correctly and make adjustments as necessary.
- **Perform Quality Inspections**: Check finished products using measuring tools to ensure they meet required tolerances and specifications.
- **Maintain Equipment**: Conduct regular maintenance on machines, including cleaning and lubrication, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- **Document Production Data**: Record production metrics, including quantities produced and any issues,
to help improve processes and maintain quality control.
