Helpline Support-

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Passenger Assistance**: Help passengers with check-in procedures, manage baggage, and provide information about flight schedules and airport services to ensure a smooth travel experience.

2. **Baggage Handling**: Safely manage and transport checked luggage from check-in areas to aircraft and vice versa, ensuring that all bags are delivered accurately and on time.

3. **Flight Coordination**: Work closely with airline staff to coordinate flight arrivals and departures, ensuring that all ground operations are executed efficiently and safely.

4. **Safety Procedures**: Uphold all safety and security protocols while on duty. This includes monitoring passenger areas and reporting any suspicious activity to maintain a safe environment for everyone.

5. **Customer Service**:



Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a friendly and professional manner.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have completed their 12th grade education and possess solid communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members.
