Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, messages, email, and other channels.
Connect with potential customers and understand their needs.
Explain products/services and provide suitable solutions.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Convert qualified leads into customers.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth sales process.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust convincing and negotiation abilities.
Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to handle follow-ups and work independently.
