**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Make Outbound Calls:** Contact potential customers using a provided list to present products and services.

- **Understand Customer Needs:** Listen to customers carefully to identify their requirements and provide suitable solutions.

- **Explain Products Clearly:** Provide detailed information about our offerings, focusing on their perks to persuade customers.

- **Handle Objections:** Address any concerns or questions from customers confidently and effectively to close sales.

- **Record Customer Information:** Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in our database.

- **Meet Sales Targets:** Work towards individual and team sales goals, tracking your performance and seeking ways to improve.

- **Follow-Up with Leads:** Reach out to previous contacts or leads to re-engage them about potential purchases.





**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should possess strong communication and persuasive skills. The ability to connect with customers and explain products clearly is essential. A background in sales or customer service is preferred, with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Being familiar with basic computer operations and handling customer relationship management (CRM) software will be beneficial.
