We are seeking a Store Manager for our location in Kalyan West. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in retail management and will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the store, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Oversee Store Operations:** Manage daily store functions, including inventory management, product displays, and cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.

- **Lead Staff:** Supervise and train store employees, promoting teamwork and motivating staff to achieve their best performance.

- **Customer Service:** Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly, fostering customer loyalty.

- **Sales Management:** Monitor sales targets and develop strategies to boost revenues, including promotions and merchandising initiatives.

- **Financial Reporting:** Prepare and analyze sales reports and budgets, making adjustments as needed to maintain profitability.





- **Merchandising:** Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
