Responsibilities - Manager -Financial Planning & Analyst is required for preparation of financial plans and reports, monthly financial analysis and provide ad-hoc analysis for the Top-Management.
Required to support team in planning and decision making by identifying, maintaining, and evaluating information. Position is required to focus on improving efficiency and effectiveness of the forward-looking processes and generate business insights.
Key Responsibilities - Reporting and analysis of Business performance to the Management, Business Heads, Functional Heads and other key stakeholders.
Analysis of products level profitability, segment level profitability, merchant life-cycle, credit cost etc. and discussions for corrective actions and controls on key business parameters.
Communication with the stakeholders for business analytics, planning, forecasting, budgeting.
Simulating and studying the impact of any key business results, decisions etc
Budgeting & planning process of the organization and for various business verticals.
Prepares financial reports for internal use at the company by collecting, analyzing, formatting and presenting information.
Analyze the trend of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and helping leadership team in decision making.
Performs ad hoc analysis as required.
Qualifications - Chartered Accountant.

1-3 Years of experience in Financial planning & Analysis (FP&A;), business finance; preferably in startups or Fintech.
