Key Responsibilities
Managing end-to-end payroll services, processing in system and software operations
Working on payroll compliances such as PF, TDS, ESI, PT, and LWF
Assists in the startup and manages the payroll administration for current clients;
Perform other duties as assigned.
Communicating with clients and stakeholders on respective queries
Key Requirements
Graduate in Commerce or Business Administration
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Payroll domain.
Positive working knowledge of the Local country Statutory Compliance, payroll administration, and pension regulations
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Valuable in client handling.
Fluency in both spoken and written English
