What We're Looking For

We are looking for experienced professionals with 8+ years of experience and a robust network across universities, pharmacy colleges, and healthcare institutions. The ideal candidate should have established relationships with Vice Chancellors, Principals, Directors, Deans, Trustees, and other academic leaders, along with a passion for building long-term institutional partnerships.

Responsibilities
Develop strategic partnerships with universities, pharmacy colleges, healthcare institutions, and research organizations.
Engage with academic leadership to establish long-term collaborations.
Drive AI-focused certification programs, faculty development programs (FDPs), workshops, internships, and institutional initiatives.




Represent ai Cure Academy at academic conferences, seminars, and industry events.
Identify new partnership opportunities and expand ai Cure Academy's presence across the higher education ecosystem.
Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders across academia and industry.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Academic Partnerships, Institutional Relations, Business Development, Educational Consulting, or Higher Education.
Solid network within universities, pharmacy colleges, and healthcare institutions.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and drive institutional collaborations.
