Job summary

The role involves leading and managing a two-wheeler loan portfolio within a specific region - UP and Eastern States.

Responsibilities include driving business growth, ensuring portfolio quality, and managing a team of credit specialists.
Credit Management & Portfolio Quality
Oversee the credit process for two-wheeler loans, from appraisal to collection.
Evaluate applicant creditworthiness using financial data, reports, and other information.
Analyze financial information to assess repayment ability and manage risk.
Ensure adherence to credit policies, guidelines, and regulations.
Monitor the credit portfolio for quality and early warning signs.
Track deviations and delinquencies to implement corrections.
Analyze delinquent cases and data for proactive risk management.
Business Development & Strategic Partnerships
Partner with the business team to meet targets.
Maintain relationships with dealerships, OEMs, and other regional stakeholders.




Identify and analyze current markets in the region.
Promote the company's products to partners and customers.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead and manage credit approvers, providing guidance and training.
Ensure team performance meets expectations.
Arrange training on credit scrutiny, KYC, and process adherence.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Operations & Compliance
Set up and monitor processes for vendor and PDD management, staffing, and security creation.
Ensure turnaround times are met.
Coordinate with external agencies.
Ensure audit compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams like sales, operations, and legal.
Lead post-disbursement document and covenant compliance.

Specific field and industry experience is needed, as well person who knows local profile and geography shall be preferred.
