Role Description The Partner Growth Executive is a full time, in office role based in Mohali district. This role is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic partners to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for AppSmartz's mobile products. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential partners, preparing outreach plans, conducting meetings and presentations, and negotiating partnership terms in alignment with business goals. The Partner Growth Executive will monitor performance metrics, analyze partner-driven campaigns, and collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to optimize joint initiatives.



The role also involves maintaining strong relationship management practices, addressing partner needs proactively, and providing regular updates and reports to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in business development, partner management, and relationship building to grow and retain strategic partnerships.
Experience with sales, negotiation, and account management to structure and close mutually beneficial partner agreements.
Exposure to digital marketing, growth strategies, and basic data analysis to evaluate partner performance and optimize campaigns.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with external partners and internal teams.
Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple initiatives, and execute in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.
Understanding of mobile app ecosystems and interest in consumer-focused products in entertainment, education, healthcare, or utility.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; relevant experience in a similar role is highly beneficial.
Comfort with using CRM tools, productivity software, and collaboration platforms to manage pipelines and reporting.
