Key Responsibilities
Define hardware architecture and system-level design for complex PCBA platforms
Lead component strategy, selection, and supplier relationship management
Design for manufacturability (DFM), obsolescence (DFO), and reliability (DFR)
Conduct design reviews and provide technical mentorship to hardware teams
Manage BOM strategy and component lifecycle planning
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards: IEC 62402, IEC 62304, FDA
Collaborate with firmware, software, and mechanical teams
Communicate technical architecture to stakeholders and clients
