Role: Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Assist retail sellers with account, inventory, and order-related queries via email and chat.

Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service quality.

Communicate professionally with excellent grammar, tone, and formatting.

Meet performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction.

Navigate multiple internal systems to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.

Eligibility




Graduate in any discipline
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
Comfortable working in a 24×7 rotational setting
Willing to work in office in Jaipur (Sitapura)

Work Schedule
5.5 working days per week

Transportation
Cab facility available within a 25 km radius of the Jaipur facility.
Candidates must reside within the operational cab service area.
