Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive B2B client acquisition and revenue growth by onboarding builders, developers, real estate agencies and channel partners onto Propenu.

This is a field-facing, target-driven sales role involving prospecting, client meetings, presentations, negotiations, closures and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire recent builders, developers, agencies and channel partners.
Generate leads through cold calling, references, networking and field visits.
Connect with decision-makers such as founders, directors, sales and marketing heads.
Present Propenu's memberships, premium listings, project marketing and lead-generation solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure and onboarding.
Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
Coordinate with Marketing, Content,



Product and Customer Support teams for client requirements and feedback.
Track competitor activity, market trends and new project prospects.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM updates.

What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Client Acquisition / Business Development.
Real Estate, Prop Tech, Property Portal, Digital Advertising preferred.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
Self-driven, ambitious and relationship-oriented.
Willingness to travel within Hyderabad as required.
