Job Purpose
Support the legal advisory function for the Corporate Finance division of GMR Group , assisting in transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating financing agreements until financial closure . Assist the Manager / Head Legal Counsel in legal and regulatory compliance to safeguard the interests of the group and sectors.

Drafting & Negotiation of Legal Documents
Draft and finalize security agreements , ensuring security creation.
Negotiate legal documents until transaction closure.
Ensure pre-commitment and pre-disbursement compliance .

Key Performance Indicators:
Timely execution of legal agreements.

Intellectual Property Portfolio Management
Trademark registrations & renewals .
Initiate legal actions against IP infringements .
Ensure compliance with IP laws and timely registration/renewals.

Key Performance Indicators:
Number of successful registrations/renewals .
Timely legal action against infringers .

Litigation & Legal Research




Conduct case law research to support litigation.
Provide legal advisory services for corporate and business transactions.
Draft and review vendor agreements , sale & purchase contracts , leave & license agreements .
Review and negotiate NDAs for investors and advisory purposes .

Contract Management & Aero-related Transactions
Negotiate, draft, and finalize aero-related contracts with domestic and international airline operators.
Ensure contractual compliance with Concession & License Agreements entered into by GHIAL .
Monitor and drive 100% compliance for contracts.

Key Performance Indicators:
Timely execution of contracts.
Compliance with Concession/License Agreements .

Provide end-to-end legal support for:
Procurement & Contracts
HR & FMS
Security & Control
CISF & PSF issues under Concession Agreement
