Key Responsibilities
Resolve complex Apptio incidents escalated from L1/L2 support teams.
Support core Technology Business Management (TBM) modules, including:
Budgeting
Forecasting
Costing
Coordinate with internal and external third-party vendors to resolve issues.
Monitor and troubleshoot:
Data load failures
ETL process issues
Data mapping errors
API-based data ingestion problems
Support and enhance:
Dashboards
Reports
KPI views
Financial analytics
Help business stakeholders understand financial reports and cost models.
Maintain documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Known Error Database (KEDB).
Monitor:
System health
Scheduled jobs
Model execution performance
Work with Apptio Support for platform-related issues.
Collaborate with:
TBM Office
IT Finance
Cloud & Infrastructure teams
ERP/Data teams
Ensure accurate cost transparency and financial model governance.
Maintain data governance, documentation, and controls for financial models.
