Coordinate activities involving Energy & Utilities Cloud, OmniStudio and OmniScript, the Clean Energy Module, Data Cloud, SAP BTP, customer APIs, data migration, security, QA, change, and release teams.
Manage RAID, decisions, scope, change control, deliverables, quality, capacity, and escalation within the assigned scope.
Facilitate planning, status, dependency, readiness, defect, release, and stakeholder meetings.
Use client-provided or client-approved AI acceleration tools when appropriate for analysis, requirements, design, development, documentation, testing, and defect resolution. 1. 8+ years of enterprise project management experience, including senior-level ownership of a major workstream within a Salesforce, CRM, CIS, integration, or technology transformation.
Working knowledge of Energy & Utilities Cloud, OmniStudio and OmniScript, Clean Energy Module,



Data Cloud, integration, migration, testing, release, and change dependencies.
Robust knowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery, planning, dependencies, RAID, scope, financials, quality, testing, release, and cutover.
Ability to coordinate onshore and offshore teams and manage multiple interdependent technical and business activities.
Experience using enterprise planning and collaboration tools.

Utility, customer information system, clean-energy, or Salesforce implementation experience.
PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, SAFe, or comparable delivery credentials.
Experience with greenfield implementations, data migration, or legacy-system retirement.
