Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who is enthusiastic, confident, and driven to build recent business opportunities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with client communication, lead generation, and converting prospects into business.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
Research potential clients and understand their business and marketing requirements.
Connect with prospective clients and introduce Brandquake's services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.




Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable solutions.
Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and quotations to clients.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or a similar role.
Freshers with robust communication and convincing skills may also apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to confidently communicate with clients and understand their requirements.
